Total Body Blast at U Calgary- 2500 University Drive NW

Total body blast is a bootcamp-inspired fitness class on Mondays at 5:00 pm that's designed to burn the max number of calories. It targets your major muscle groups and gets you moving non-stop. You'll constantly be challenged, so you won't find a spare moment to get bored! Plus, you'll feel fantastic afterwards and you'll start to see results super fast.

Foxy Kickboxing for Women- multiple locations

If you're bored of the same old treadmill + free weight routine, then it's time to try something new. Do something fun and empowering like kickboxing! It's a great way to blow off steam if you're stressed at work or school, and you'll be kicking some serious butt in no time. Foxy Kickboxing is open for registration for their session 2 April classes online.
